Allá Lejos develops step by step. Each addition follows what the site has already demonstrated, rather than what is merely imagined.
2019
The vineyard was established and brought into production through a single working parcel, allowing the agricultural approach to be refined across seasons.

The estate functions as a complete cycle:

Each year, travelers reach the estate independently via the Carretera Austral. The estate has already welcomed small gatherings and celebrations, a quiet milestone for a place meant to be lived in, not only visited.
The estate now enters a defined development phase, focused on completing the vineyard and establishing a permanent presence on the land.
2026–2028
All prepared parcels planted and integrated into the existing agricultural cycle.
2027
The first small wellness accommodation built within the landscape, allowing members to stay on the estate during the season.
2028–2031
Young blocks come into balance and begin contributing to the house style. Cabins are completed gradually (one per vineyard block), to preserve privacy and the estate's working character.
2032
The vineyard reaches stable maturity and consistent long-term production levels.
Ongoing
A permanent, nature-integrated venue for intimate events and celebrations, developed alongside the vineyard and used in accordance with the agricultural calendar.
Allá Lejos grows by reinforcing what already works, in wine and in place. Each addition follows maturity, not anticipation, allowing the estate to deepen without changing its character.
